MANCHESTER UNITED completed their move for Benfica defender Victor Lindelof overnight, according to shock reports.

Express Sport understands Benfica officials flew to Manchester yesterday to begin negotiations over a January transfer.
Manchester United are expected to pay around £38million for the Sweden international.
And The Sun claim the move has already been agreed after talks went on into the night.
According to the report, United have wasted no time securing their top target for the New Year.
Lindelof, 22, is set to become United’s most expensive defender - overtaking Rio Ferdinand’s £30m deal from Leeds United 14 years ago.
Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira flew to Manchester to head up negotiations for the Portuguese side, who sit top of the table heading into Christmas.

Lindelof has been a mainstay in the Benfica defence this season
Lindelof cannot be officially confirmed a United player until the transfer window opens on New Year’s Day.
He is tipped to play his final game for Benfica tonight when they face Rio Ave (6pm).
It has also been reported in Portugal that United are interested in Benfica right-back Nelson Semedo and that the two clubs are discussing his situation.
United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly set to offload Matteo Darmian in the new year, meaning he is in the market for a right-back to compete with Antonio Valencia.
