Mikel is out of contract with the Blues at the end of the season.
But according to Turkish news outlet A Spor, Besiktas are keen to snap him up.
They expressed an interest in the summer, and at the time, Chelsea were holding out for £7.7m for the player.
It is thought that Chelsea are keen to get rid of him as soon as possible and should he leave in the next window, the west London outfit might get a small fee for him.

Mikel recently admitted he could look to move in the New Year.
