Liverpool recorded a 2-0 victory over Leeds to secure themselves a place in the semi-finals of the EFL Cup.

Woodburn made history when he scored five minutes later as he became the club’s youngest ever goalscorer aged 17 years & 45 days, surpassing Michael Owen by 98 days.
And Jurgen Klopp was clearly delighted with the young forward’s contribution.
"We all know how young he is, but it doesn't look like this in training sessions,” he said.

Liverpool will find out who they play in the semi-finals of the competition when the draw is made after tomorrow’s matches.
