The striker scored to get Liverpool going against Sunderland on Saturday.
James Milner followed up with a late penalty to seal the three points in a game which saw Philippe Coutinho go off injured.
Origi had replaced Coutinho but has found game-time hard to come by this season.

The 21-year-old has made 10 substitute appearances but is yet to start in the Premier League this season.
He may get his chance against Leeds tomorrow, but Klopp has told him to keep working hard.
“There is no alternative to be patient,” he said.
“That you moan everyday? That is how it works.
“It wasn’t an easy time for him and the group is very respectful.
“We don’t have the players that show their unhappiness. It is a good group.
“As long as they train with the right attitude, we will always help.”
