TOTTENHAM could be given another reality check against Chelsea if they copy their playing style.
Chelsea vs Tottenham - Premier League match preview
Those are the thoughts of former Arsenal star-turned-pundit Paul Merson.
Tottenham go into tomorrow’s crunch showdown (5:30pm) at Stamford Bridge on the back of a disappointing Champions League exit after they lost 2-1 away to Monaco.
More worryingly for Mauricio Pochettino, his side have won just one of their past five Premier League matches.

And Merson has explained why he has backed Chelsea to beat Spurs.
“I’m going to go for Chelsea because I think Tottenham will play the same way as Chelsea and set up with three at the back,” Merson told Sky Sports.
“That's a very difficult system to play off-the-cuff. I know they did it at Arsenal and did well but they're playing against a team who are brilliant at it.
“I just think Tottenham are going to try and play the way that Chelsea play and I don't think it will work.”
