Man United and Man City weighing up move for controversial star: £20m could be enough
MANCHESTER UNITED and Manchester City are both considering moves for Serge Aurier, according to reports.
Serge Aurier is being targeted by Manchester United and Manchester City
Jose Mourinho is considering axing as many as eight Manchester United players in the forthcoming window.
Reports emerged earlier this week that United sent scouts to watch Paris Saint-Germain right-back in action last Tuesday while he played for the Ivory Coast in an international friendly.
Mourinho is on the hunt for a new defender, and already has Monaco’s Fabinho on his wishlist.

Pep Guardiola is also keen on a move
And according to the Daily Star Sunday, City also sent scouts to run the rule over Aurier.
It is thought Citizens boss Pep Guardiola contacted the 23-year-old’s representatives to establish whether a deal would be possible.
Aurier would come with baggage, as he was suspended by PSG earlier this year following his comments made about Laurent Blanc, who was coach at the time.

It is also believed an offer of £20m could be enough to part company with the right-back.
At the moment he is appealing a two-month prison sentence for elbowing a police officer.
