Serge Gnabry sends message to former club Arsenal after bagging hat-trick for Germany
SERGE GNABRY has thanked former club Arsenal following his dream debut for Germany.

Gnabry received his first call-up for the Germany senior side earlier this month and marked his debut in the 8–0 win over San Marino with a hat-trick.
The 21-year-old joined Werder Bremen in the summer from Arsenal, who sold him to avoid losing him on a free at the end of the season.

And Gnabry, who is Bremen's top scorer in the Bundesliga with four goals to his name, admits he owes a huge debt of gratitude to the Gunners.
"Without being in England, I would not be the player I am now," he said. "There was Arsenal's quick playing style, for example, which I learned.
"When you are a young player and you get to train with such top players as there are at Arsenal for three years then of course you take something away with you and it improves you.

"That was definitely the case with me. I probably would not be here now if I had not been in England."
Gnabry was highly rated by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who was keen to tie him down to a new deal, but he was determined to leave for first-team football.
The former Stuttgart youngster, who endured a failed loan spell at West Brom last season, managed just 18 senior appearances for the Gunners.
