At the start of the second half, Mourinho took a seat in the stands rather than in the dug-out.
He found a seat next to first-team players Eric Bailly, Anthony Martial and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who were all absent from the United team today.

It is understood the Portuguese coach was dismissed for his half-time protests to Clattenburg.
News of Mourinho's dismissal quickly spread on social media.
