The Lazio left-back is being tracked by Tottenham with an eye to make a £10million bid, according to The Sun.
Jordan Lukaku made his Belgium debut a year ago in a Euro 2016 qualification match against Andorra.
The 22-year-old was selected for Belgium's Euro 2016 finals squad where he made one appearance at the tournament.
Lukaku only joined Lazio this past summer for £4.5m but The Sun are reporting that Tottenham are prepared to challenge Lazio's stance by doubling what they paid for him in the summer.

And Pochettino is understood to be keen on bolstering his choices at left-back with Ben Davies his only back-up to Danny Rose.
Lukaku started his career at Anderlecht before making a name for himself at Oostende.
