Ragnar Klavan: What I think of Liverpool's strikers
RAGNAR KLAVAN has revealed he would hate to play against Liverpool’s strikers.
Ragnar Klavan has made 3 Premier League appearances for Liverpool since joining this summer
Liverpool have already scored 18 Premier League goals this season, the same amount as top-of-the-table Manchester City.
And Klavan, who moved to Anfield from Augsburg during the summer, has admitted he is glad he only has to mark his attacking team-mates in training.
When asked whether he would hate to play against Liverpool's forwards he told the club's official website: “Of course.
"We have so much quality in front, but for me it is good to train against them every day - it helps my defending level.”
Klavan has made three Premier League appearances since arriving from Germany, and the Estonia captain believes he is becoming more accustomed to English football.
“It’s kind of more aggressive, a little bit more is allowed by the referees,” he added.
“It’s a little bit different from the Bundesliga. Those are just parts where you need to get used to it a little bit, so it took me some time and also in training, but slowly I am getting there.
“With every league, there is something special about that league. England is, in my opinion, one of the best - maybe the best - leagues in the world.”
