Spurs and Juve were reportedly two of the clubs chasing available Isco over the summer.
Tottenham are said to have rejected a deadline-day move for the player when they heard of his wage demands.
And Juve failed to land a number of targets to replace Paul Pogba, who joined Manchester United for £89million.

Spanish newspaper El Confidencial claim Spurs had a one-year loan deal for Isco lined up on deadline day but that officials in north London pulled the plug when the midfielder issued his demands.
Malaga, the club left for Real in 2013, were also keen on his services.
However, Malaga could not afford Isco’s loan fee unless they offloaded Ignacio Camacho onto West Brom - a deal that also fell through on deadline day.
