Jose Mourinho has made another change to his backroom team at Manchester United
Mourinho has made big changes to the Manchester United backroom team since replacing Louis van Gaal as manager in May.
The former Chelsea boss has brought in key lieutenants Rui Faria, Silvino Louro, Ricardo Formosinho, Carlos Lalin and Emilio Alvarez - with club legend Ryan Giggs departing.
Orlandelli has been the head scout for the Brazil national team since March 2015 but is said to have left his post for United shortly before the Olympic games in Rio.
The Brazilian previously worked under Arsene Wenger at Arsenal as his eyes in South America and is set to perform a similar role for Mourinho.
Orlandelli is Mourinho’s second scouting appointment at United, having also brought in Danish scout Tommy Moller Nielsen.
