Higuain completed his medical in Madrid last Friday and Juve have now paid his full release clause.
The Argentina international has agreed a five-year contract worth £6.3m per season.
The 28-year-old’s transfer will become the most expensive deal in Serie A history.
Arsenal had been heavily linked with a move for Higuain this summer.

But Arsenal have now missed out on Higuain as well after they refused to meet the striker’s £75.3m release clause.
Higuain shone last season on Serie A, with 36 goals in 35 games for Napoli.
