Everton make £6.6million approach for Euro 2016 winger
EVERTON have made an offer for Stade Rennais winger Kamil Grosicki, according to reports in France.
Grosicki could become the first major signing of the Ronald Koeman era
Grosicki is currently in contention to start for Poland in their Euro 2016 quarter-final clash with Portugal tonight (8pm).
The 28-year-old has 43 caps to his name and started on the left wing in their penalty shoot-out win over Switzerland in the last 16.
His performances have clearly impressed and according to French newspaper Ouest-France, Everton have submitted a bid of £6.6million for the player.
With former Arsenal shareholder Farhad Moshiri having taken a spot on the board at Goodison Park, the new Dutch boss is expected to be given plenty of opportunity to invest.
If they do secure Grosicki's signature, he will add depth to the Toffees' group of wingers as well as providing a more defensively minded option in the wide areas.
