Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport claim Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham all want to sign the 23-year-old.
Brozovic is currently on an £18,000-a-week contract at Inter, making him one of their lowest-paid first-team regulars.
Arsenal are said to be keen on his signing, knowing that Inter face financial pressures despite their recent takeover from a consortium of Chinese investors.

Despite Brozovic insisting he is happy in Milan, his agent Miroslav Bicanic appears more open to the prospect of a transfer.
“My opinion is that he would stay if Inter offered a new and better contract, which he deserves, putting him at the level of the best players in the side,” Bicanic said. “Nothing will happen until after Euro 2016.”
