Euro 2016 stars Arsenal should sign
Napoli want to retain Koulibaly for the new campaign after challenging Juventus for the Serie A title in vain this season.
They are already bracing themselves for bids from Paris Saint-Germain and even Arsenal for star striker Gonzalo Higuain, who scored 36 league goals this season.
As for Chelsea, their reported interest in Roma defender Kostas Manolas could come to nothing as Manchester United reportedly push to sign the Greece centre-back.
