EXPRESS SPORT brings you the latest news from Anfield.
Liverpool are reportedly willing to match Rafa Silva's £15m buy-out clause
Liverpool have reportedly agreed a deal in principle to send Mario Balotelli to Fiorentina in return for midfielder Josip Ilicic.
Italian website CalcioMercatoWeb claim the Reds will loan Balotelli to the Serie A side for a season in return for a permanent deal for Ilicic.
The report goes on to say Fiorentina have given the deal the go-ahead but are waiting on assurances over the former Manchester City man's wages.
The Serie A side are keen to see Liverpool subsidise a large chunk of his £4.6million-a-year-wage before finalising the move.
The Reds are closing in on a deal for Mainz goalkeeper Loris Karius, according to German newspaper Bild.
The report says the Bundesliga club are reigned to losing the 22-year-old and have lined up a host of summer replacements.
Schalke's Timon Wellenreuther and Hoffenheim's Marko Maric are reportedly the two keepers on Mainz's radar.
The Liverpool Echo claim the Reds are yet to finalise a deal for Karius but are said to be confident of landing him for just £4.7m.
