Arsenal star discusses next move: Has offers from Tottenham and Man City
MIKEL ARTETA has admitted he does not know what his next move in football will be.
Arteta is expected to retire from football at the end of his current contract
Arteta joined Arsenal in 2011 having spent more than six years with Premier League rivals Everton.
And while the Spaniard made his final appearance for the Gunners on Sunday with his contract expiring at the end of the season, the 34-year-old refused to rule out continuing his playing career at another club.
"I am going to leave [it open] by one per cent because in football one per cent is a lot and things can twist very quickly," Arteta said.
The two midfielders played together at Barcelona and Guardiola, who has never played in England, is said to value Arteta's knowledge of the Premier League.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, another friend of Arteta's, is also said to have offered him a coaching role.
And Arsene Wenger is even keen for his player to stay on at the Emirates in a non-playing role and has offered him a staff contract as well.
