Tottenham and Liverpool in tug of war to sign Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson
BOURNEMOUTH striker Callum Wilson is set to become the centre of a tug of war this summer between Liverpool and Tottenham.
Tottenham and Liverpool are interested in signing Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson
Both clubs are eyeing up Wilson despite him missing most of the Cherries' first Premier League season with a serious knee injury.
The England Under-21 star, 24, scored five goals in seven games before picking up his injury in September. He is yet to score in the five games he has played since returning to fitness but that hasn't put off Jurgen Klopp or Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs boss Pochettino is to be handed around £60million to spend on new players and believes Wilson would be the ideal foil for England international Harry Kane and could take some of the weight off his shoulders.
