Arsenal let a two-goal lead slip at West Ham leaving them 10 points off Leicester
Allardyce’s struggling Sunderland side face shock leaders Leicester today at the Stadium of Light.
And Big Sam says the Foxes are top of the pile due to the failings of the elite – including Wenger’s Gunners who drew 3-3 with West Ham on Saturday.
Allardyce, often at odds with Wenger in his days as Bolton boss, said: “They’ve had an opportunity that, without any doubt, Arsenal have missed. Leicester have taken it.
“Arsenal won’t have a better time to win the league than this season.
“Up to now, Leicester have shown everybody how to do it."
