Arsenal star: What went wrong against Barcelona
DANNY WELBECK admitted that Arsenal were not clinical enough in their 3-1 Champions League defeat by Barcelona.
Welbeck led the line but was unable to find the net at the Nou Camp
Mohamed Elneny's fine second-half strike cancelled out Neymar's early finish but the Gunners were still two behind after the first-leg 2-0 defeat in London.
As with the first edition of the tie at the Emirates, Arsenal had a number of chances but were unable to convert them.
Meanwhile Luis Suarez unfurled a brilliant volley to make it 2-1 before Lionel Messi produced a sumptuous finish, lifting the ball over David Ospina with fewer than five minutes remaining.
"To come here and play in the Nou Camp is a great opportunity but it's something where you've got to leave your mark.
"We would have like to done better and there's a few occasions we should have done better."
