Walcott and Oxlade-Chamberlain have both been linked with moves away from the Emirates, with Manchester City and West Ham reportedly showing interest.
However, Keown has quashed the rumours, saying there's not a chance Arsene Wenger will allow the England duo to leave the club.
When asked if there would be a mini-cull at the Emirates over the summer, he told the Daily Mail:"That's a tricky question.
"The basis of Arsene Wenger's management has always been loyalty - he is loyal to his staff and is loyal to his players.
