Jose Mourinho is set to sign a three-year deal at Manchester United worth £15.5million a season.
Express Sport understands Mourinho will take over from Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford this summer.
Mourinho has told friends that it is a 'done deal' that he will be heading to Manchester.
And according to Spanish online newspaper El Confidencial, Mourinho's agent Jorge Mendes is putting the final touches to the contract at his London office.
It is claimed the sacked Chelsea boss will sign a deal with United until the summer of 2019 worth a total of £46.5m.
It is added a 'maze of clauses' have delayed the deal being sealed already.

Gary Lineker has taunted Arsenal over their acquisition of Leicester scout Ben Wrigglesworth.
Ahead of Leicester's trip to Arsenal on Sunday (12pm), the Foxes great laughed at their north London title rivals.

"Steve Walsh [Leicester assistant] is the guy who found these players and bought them in.
"I know he found [Riyad] Mahrez. He was sent to watch someone else and came back with Mahrez. He's done a brilliant job and that's been the large key to Leicester's success.
"As in all clubs, it's about the people you bring in and they've done it on a relatively small budget compared with the giants."
Eden Hazard could be set to stay at Chelsea
Eden Hazard is reportedly prepared to stay at Chelsea this summer and wait for his dream move to Real Madrid.
The MailOnline report Hazard is likely to snub a big-money move to Paris Saint-Germain and wait for Real to come in for him.
It is added the 25-year-old is ready to stay put at Chelsea until he has the chance to head to the Bernabeu.
