Dimitri Payet's contract demands have put Arsenal and Chelsea on alert.
The West Ham ace has been revelation this season and his agents are now demanding £125,000-a-week which will make their highest-paid player.
According to the Sun, West Ham are unhappy with his demands but are determined to keep him.
Borussia Monchengladbach are keen on signing Andreas Christensen, who is on loan from Chelsea.
Sporting director Max Eberl said: "Our intention is to try and get into talks with Chelsea in the summer.
"Andreas fulfils everything we've seen in him. And we are delighted that we were able to take him on loan without any ifs and buts."
