Zinedine Zidane plots £73m move to ruin Chelsea's transfer plans
CHELSEA could struggle to sign Paul Pogba after it emerged Zinedine Zidane wants to make the France international his first Galactico signing at Real Madrid.
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane reportedly wants to sign Paul Pogba
Pogba, 22, is wanted by a host of European giants, with Barcelona and Chelsea keen on summer swoops.
Premier League duo Manchester United and Manchester City have also been linked with the ace in recent months, although Chelsea reportedly lead the English contingent chasing him.
The Blues reportedly see him as the long-term solution to their midfield woes.
But in a shock move Real boss Zidane has asked his former employers Juve to consider an exclusive deal with the Bernabeu club.
That ban has now been lifted, with head coach Luis Enrique set to spend his cash reserves before the start of the 2016/17 campaign.
Chelsea first emerged as suitors of Pogba last season but have had their spending reigned in by Financial Fair Play regulations over the past two years.
They spent almost £59m on new players in the previous transfer window but also offloaded £31.7m worth of talent.
