Arsenal scout Nice’s Vincent Koziello ahead of January transfer window
ARSENAL are monitoring Nice playmaker Vincent Koziello, according to reports.
Vincent Koziello has been linked with a move away from Nice to the Premier League
The Gunners reportedly sent a representative to watch the 20-year-old midfielder against Lyon on Friday, and it was suggested that he was impressed with the impact Koziello had on the game, claim Get French Football News.
Koziello polished off Lyon as he scored Nice’s third goal in the 3-0 win over the Ligue 1 giants.
And, as a result of his impressive display, the scout is expected to deliver a positive report back to Arsene Wenger, who is in need of midfield reinforcements following injuries to Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Theo Walcott, Tomas Rosicky and more recently Francis Coquelin.
Chelsea and Bayern Leverkusen are also interested in the French youngster as it was reported that they both attended the match at the Allianz Riviera.
The Frenchman has made 13 appearances for Nice so far this season, scoring two goals.
