Liverpool and Chelsea target in high demand as youngster set to make international debut
PORTO starlet Ruben Neves has added to his burgeoning reputation by earning a call up to the Portugal squad after Joao Moutinho pulled out with injury.

The 18-year-old became the youngest every player to captain a side in the Champions League when Porto beat Maccabi Tel Aviv in October.
And Neves has since been linked with both Chelsea and Liverpool, although a reported £30million price tag could be too hefty for either side to make a firm offer in January.
The Porto president Pinto da Costa also dealt the two English clubs a blow by warning them off Neves, citing the fact that his contract runs until 2019 as a major reason for the midfielder to stay.
