The Portuguese pair claimed one La Liga title along with the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Super Cup between 2010 and 2013.
The former Manchester United forward has been heavily linked with a return to Old Trafford as well as Paris Saint-Germain.
But the 30-year-old has now opened the door to a potential move to reigning Premier League champions Chelsea.

He told Marca: "Work with Mourinho again? Why not? I've got two more years on my contract with Real Madrid, but no-one knows what the future holds."
