The Chelsea manager will serve a one-match stadium ban and is not allowed to step foot inside the Britannia Stadium.
And when he was asked where he plans to watch the game, a defiant Mourinho insisted he wasn't yet sure.
"I have no plans. Maybe I sit in the street corner with my iPad," he said
"Maybe I don't even watch the game."
Mourinho misses the game after admitting a misconduct charge from the FA regarding his language and/or behaviour towards referee John Moss at Upton Park.
The Portuguese was invited into the official's changing room at half-time during his side's defeat to West Ham.

He was fined £40,000 on top of the stadium ban and his assistants will now take charge for the Premier League clash.
A win could see the struggling Blues - currently 15th- up to 12th in the table.
However, a defeat and other results going against them could leave them just three points above the relegation zone.
