Transfer News: Luis Chelsea exit, Arsenal close on defender, Man Utd's De Gea replacement
EXPRESS SPORT brings you the latest transfer news.
Filipe Luis Player Profile
Chelsea have agreed a deal with Atletico Madrid for the return of defender Filipe Luis, according to reports.
Spanish newspaper AS Diario claim that Atletico are in the process of offloading Guilherme Siqueira to pave the way for the Brazil international.
Siqueira cost Atletico £7m last summer but they reportedly will offload him at a loss to push through the Luis deal.
Arsenal have stepped up their efforts to sign Schalke defender Sead Kolasinac, according to reports.
The 22-year-old is expected to be a replacement for Nacho Monreal who is linked with a move away to Spanish side Athletic Bilbao.
And Italian publication Tutto Mercato, claim the Gunners are considering making an offer for Kolasinac as Arsene Wenger looks to broaden his squad for next season.
Filipe Luis is said to be close to a return to Atletico Madrid
PSV Eindhoven director Hans van Breukelen has urged Manchester United to sign Jasper Cillessen to replace David De Gea.
If they are looking for a replacement for De Gea, then I think that Cillessen tops their list
The Dutchman has been linked with a £20million move to Old Trafford should De Gea depart for Real Madrid this summer.
And Van Breukelen sees him as a logical replacement for the Spain international.
He told Algemeen Dagblad: "If they are looking for a replacement for De Gea, then I think that Cillessen tops their list.
"It would be a logical step, because he's a goalkeeper that wins points."
