Reports yesterday suggested that United were yet to agree a fee with the Turkish club despite Van Persie being unveiled in Istanbul.
But Uslu - a Fenerbahce board member - says that is not the case.
He told the club's official website that Fenerbahce had paid $6m (£3.84m) for the Dutch striker.
Fenerbahce also revealed that Van Persie will earn £65,000-a-week at the club with an additional £14,000 for every match played (up to 40 matches).
Reports suggest that Van Persie was on £250,000-a-week at Old Trafford meaning he has taken a substantial pay cut to move to Turkey.
Robin van Persie has joined Fenerbahce
Yesterday, Louis van Gaal backed Van Persie's decision to make the move, saying: "Every decision is difficult, not only to catch (sign) players but also to let them go.
"But I had the conversation with him at the end of the season after we played golf one day so he knew already what was coming and I think he has made a very good choice (in moving to Fenerbahce).
"After we played golf, we talked about the perspective for him at Manchester United."
