Confirmed: Chelsea midfielder completes permanent transfer to London rivals
CHELSEA midfielder Josh McEachran has completed his permanent move to Brentford.
Josh McEachran joins Brentford on a four-year deal
The 22-year-old joins the Championship club on a four-year deal after failing to live up to his potential at Stamford Bridge.
The former England Under-21 international has previously been sent out on loan to Swansea, Middlesbrough, Watford, Wigan and most recently Vitesse.
McEachran, who had just one-year remaining on his deal at Stamford Bridge, has now joined Chelsea's west London rivals Brentford for regular football.
I look forward to working with him
And Bees head coach Marinus Dijkhuizen is thrilled to have him on board ahead of the 2015/16 campaign.
He said on the deal: "Josh is a versatile midfield player who can play in a holding role and as a playmaker.
"He was a big talent at Chelsea and now I look forward to working with him and our coaching staff in order to take Josh on to the next level."
