England Under-21s crashed out of Euro 2015 last night after losing 3-1 to Italy.
But the Spurs striker insists the talent is there for England to start succeeding in major tournaments.
“I believe that,” Kane said. “That is always the dream - to lift a trophy for England - and it still is. No one can say we don't have the ability.
“We have amazing young talent coming through, amazing talent in the senior squad at the moment. It is just putting the dots together during a tournament.”
Kane failed to score in England’s three group games, spurning seven efforts at goal against Italy. And he wants his England team-mates to show more bravery and willingness to go for it in the future.

Harry Kane believes England have the ability to win tournaments
“Forget about the pressure and expectation,” Kane, in line to go to Euro 2016 with the seniors next summer, said.
“Do what we do in qualification and don't falter in the groups. That happens over a period of time and hopefully we can get it right next summer.”
