Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea target ANGERS Real Madrid after 'offering himself to Barca'
SERGIO RAMOS has risked angering Real Madrid after claims he was offered to Barcelona as part of a presidential election pledge.
Sergio Ramos wants a pay rise at Real Madrid
Ramos is currently angling for a new contract at Real and is annoyed that he earns approximately half the amount of 'Galacticos' like Gareth Bale.
The Spanish international has been linked with Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea if Real continue to stall over a new deal.
Ramos offered himself to us a while ago as an election secret weapon.
But Barca presidential candidate Jordi Majo now claims that Ramos has upped the stakes by threatening to join Real's fierce rivals.
Majo said: "Ramos offered himself to us a while ago as an election secret weapon.
"I do not know if he was offered to anyone else.
"But we are not playing that game. We will not be used by Sergio Ramos and his brother [agent] to lift his standing at Real Madrid.
"In our case, this is totally discarded."
Reports last week suggested that United were preparing a £20million offer to test Real's resolve to hold onto their vice-captain.
