According to Marotta, Pogba has told the Juventus general director that he does not want to leave the club this summer.
The move will come as a massive blow to the host of Premier League sides that have been tracking Pogba since his exit from Manchester United in 2012.
"I reiterate we don't want to sell Pogba and he has said today that he doesn't want to leave," Marotta told Corriere dello Sport.
"Pogba is a player that has been requested by several clubs but we have not entered in any negotiation because we consider him strategic to our project.
"The player is not on the market and will only be put in the market if he says he wants to leave.
The Italian giants have recently slapped a £57million asking price on their star midfielder in an attempt to stave of potential suitors.
