That's according to Barcelona presidential candidate Agusti Benedito, who claims that he can seal a Nou Camp switch for the France international should he make it to power.
Pogba is a target for a number of European teams including Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, while Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea remain keen.
They have proposed an annual salary of £8.6m after tax and a transfer fee of £57m
But Benedito is confident that the 22-year-old will end up with the La Liga giants if he becomes president, despite Barcelona being under a transfer embargo until 2016.
He said: "I have spoken to Pogba. First, I contacted Juventus chairman Andrea Agnelli, then spoke directly with the player.
