RYAN TUNNICLIFFE has been banned for two games for a derogatory tweet about Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford's sexuality.
Ryan Tunnicliffe has been banned for two games following an abusive tweet
The 22-year-old admitted the charge of aggravated misconduct by reference to sexual orientation.
He tweeted: “Happy that Middlesbrough didn’t go up, just for the main fact that @Patrick_Bamford is a sausage boy.”
The former Manchester United youth team player will miss the first two games of next season and was fined £5,000.
He must also attend an education course.
