Everton and West Ham show an interest in Marseille star Dimitri Payet
That is according to L'Equipe, who claim the Premier League pair have made enquiries for the France international.
The 28-year-old topped off an impressive 2014/15 season in Ligue 1 by finishing as the league's top assist maker, setting up 21 goals.
Marseille president Vincent Labrune has already confirmed a host of clubs are in for Payet's signature, and admits players must be sold due to strict financial regulations.
If we have an offer that we like, we will open the door
He said: "We have offers for several players. If we have an offer that we like, we will open the door. We have never had as many offers for as many players as we do now.
"(Florian) Thauvin, (Giannelli) Imbula and Payet have a lot of offers.
"We have to sell someone before the 30th June in line with what we agreed with the DNCG. We have to balance the books.”
