Marseille respond to Arsenal's interest in defender Nicolas N’Koulou
MARSEILLE president Vincent Labrune intends to keep Nicolas N’Koulou at the club amid reports of Arsenal's interest.
Marseille want to keep Nicolas N'Koulou through the summer window
The Cameroon international has become a mainstay in the Marseille back-line since his £3million move from Monaco four years ago.
His fine performances in the heart of the defence have attracted the attention of Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger in recent seasons.
The Gunners are reportedly keen to step up their interest in the summer with a formal bid, but Marseille have no interest in selling the 25-year-old.
Labrune said on his future: "We know how important he is for us. What he brings us on the pitch is more important than money in a transfer."
