Man United's David De Gea to FORFEIT £12m in wages to secure dream Real Madrid move
MANCHESTER UNITED goalkeeper David De Gea will reportedly forgo £12million in wages in order to complete a move to Real Madrid.

The Spaniard was quizzed about his Old Trafford future while in Madrid with his girlfriend, but refused to comment.
De Gea has been linked with a move to the Bernabeu, with Louis van Gaal lining up potential replacements, which includes Chelsea's Petr Cech and Tottenham shot-stopper Hugo Lloris.
The Daily Star reports De Gea was offered a staggering £200,000 a week to stay at Old Trafford.

But in joining Real, they suggest De Gea will forfeit £12m in wages to secure his dream move.
United's offer, had De Gea signed, would have made him the highest paid goalkeeper in the world.

De Gea, the Star claims, has already said his goodbyes to his United team-mates.
A source close to the club told the paper: "David has loved his time at United and wouldn't even consider leaving if it wasn't for the fact its Real Madrid that want to sign him.

"He knows he can achieve so much more at Real and Madrid is where he's from. All his friends and family are there."
United are bracing themselves for an opening bid of around £20m.
