The Brazil midfielder took home Goal of the Year (v Southampton), Performance of the Year (v Manchester City), Players’ Player of the Year and Player of the Year.
Joao Teixeira collected Academy Player of the Year, while Raheem Sterling won Young Player of the Year, but was booed while on stage.
The Outstanding Achievement Award went to Steven Gerrard, who is leaving to join LA Galaxy after Sunday’s final Premier League game with Stoke City.
Gerrard’s first coaches, Hughie McAuley and Dave Shannon, presented him with the award and he said: “I have been fortunate to play with some great footballers. I am bored about speaking about myself and I want to play tribute to Philippe tonight.
“This is his night. He cleaned up on all the awards and deservedly so. He is the next big thing for me. I hope he stays here for a long time.
“I have run out of words, I am speaking too much lately.”
