Club chief reveals FFP will force Manchester City to sell before they buy
MANCHESTER CITY must sell a top player before they make summer signings.

That is the claim of Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini, who says Manuel Pellegrini may struggle in the transfer market this pre-season because of Financial Fair Play.
UEFA rules dictate that clubs cannot spend beyond their means and have fined both City and PSG in the past for doing so.
Arsenal are reportedly lining up a number of transfers this summer, including Zamaparini's talented striker Paulo Dybala, and City remain in contention.

But the president insists City boss Pellegrini will have to part with a big-name star before placing a bid for the £29million-rated ace.
"There is strong interest in him," Zamparini told Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
"In Italy there's Juventus, Inter and Milan.
"Meanwhile, in Europe there's Paris St Germain and Arsenal, as well as Manchester City who would like to try and get him but must sell first for Financial Fair Play."
