ANDREAS PEREIRA has revealed why he signed a new contract at Manchester United.
Andreas Pereira has signed a new deal at Old Trafford
The 19-year-old today put pen to paper on a contract that will see him stay at the club until at least 2018 - with an option for another year.
Pereira made his first-team debut in the League Cup defeat to MK Dons earlier this season and insists he is at the right club for his development.
He said: "I am pleased to have signed my new contract.
"I would like to thank the manager for giving me the opportunity to join the first-team squad.
