Sir Alex Ferguson hails Manchester United's Ryan Giggs as a 'physical freak'
MANCHESTER UNITED legend Sir Alex Ferguson has hailed Ryan Giggs as a 'physical freak' who embodied absolute 'perfection.'
The esteemed manager lavished his former player with praise in his revised autobiography, and applauded Van Gaal's decision to appoint Giggs as his assistant.
Ferguson said: "Louis could help Giggs learn about this business. In turn, Ryan could help Louis in understanding the inner workings of United.
"As I look back on all those trophies, and those 963 appearances and 168 goals, I recall him as a physical freak. How he could have performed at the level he played at for all those years is beyond me.

The additions to Ferguson's story also include reflections on a wide variety of subjects including David Moyes, Arsene Wenger and the appointment of Van Gaal.
The Scotsman also discussed how he remains very much involved in modern football, and revealed he had conversations with Tony Pulis before he accepted the Crystal Palace job and Premier League-bound Burnley boss Sean Dyche on several occasions.
