Kroos has been indispensable to Bayern this season and has garnered serious interest from the Red Devils, with David Moyes scouting him several times.
Though recent reports United are set to tempt Kroos by offering him a £250,000-a-week contract to lure him away from the Allianz Arena, Bayern's financial director Jan-Christian Dreeson said the club are working hard to keep Kroos out of United's grasp.
"We are ready to keep on discussing with Toni Kroos and I am hoping to be able to see these talks end successfully," Dreesen told German paper Sport-BILD.
"We are about to put up something substantial in this respect.

Kroos, whose present deal runs out out at the end of next season, has three goals to his name this campaign.
