There were reports that the two midfielders went head-to-head after photos suggested there was a heated exchange of words.
But the England midfielder has taken to Twitter to try and defuse the situation between him and the Frenchman, claiming that he was not aware of the dispute.
His tweet read: "Just read I had a 'bust up' in training today! That's news to me! Anyway....who would mess with Flamini? #Nutter."

The rumours emerged following Arsenal's crushing 2-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League last-16 tie at the Emirates on Wednesday.
During the defeat, Flamini lost his temper with playmaker Mesut Ozil, which ended with the German pushing the combative midfielder out of the way.
Wilshere later posted a photo of Flamini jokingly grabbing him by the scruff of the neck:
Flam was not happy when I walked on the bus tonight! Sorry mate I promise to never disagree with you again!! #Angrypic.twitter.com/a5fSDmzGZz
