Hernandez comes in for De Guzman for the Swans [GETTY]
Following Saturday's 2-2 draw at Southampton, Stoke boss Mark Hughes made two changes.
Defender Marc Wilson and striker Marko Arnautovic returned after recovering from illness and an ankle injury respectively, replacing the benched Marc Muniesa and Oussama Assaidi.
Despite a 3-0 victory over south Wales rivals Cardiff in his first game in charge as Swansea manager, Garry Monk also made two changes.
The 34-year-old recalled Pablo Hernandez and Jose Canas to the midfield for Jonathan de Guzman and Marvin Emnes, both named as substitutes.
Subs: Amat, Taylor, De Guzmán, Tremmel, Alvaro, Ngog, Emnes
