Toure could have been handed a three-match ban for violent conduct, but the three-man panel of referees failed to come to a unanimous decision after reviewing the incident.

The Football Association statement read: "The panel were asked to review an incident involving Manchester City’s Yaya Toure during the game against Norwich City on Saturday 8 February 2014.
"In this instance, the panel were not of the unanimous decision that it was an act of violent conduct."
City boss Manuel Pellegrini will be relieved to hear the news that his Ivory Coast star can continue to play as his side look to regain the lead of the Premier League.
