Nicolas Gaitan says he won't leave Benfica for anything less than £21m [GETTY]
United were heavily linked with a move for Gaitan over the summer but the player chose to remain in Lisbon.
And while the player insists that his stance has not changed substantially, he has opened the door to a move if the price is right.
Reports in France have PSG set to join the race for Gaitan, and the French champions could well be in a position to make the kind of offer that would tempt the 25-year-old.
He said: "I am at Benfica , I have a contract until 2016.
"I want to respect it, but if there is an offer like what happened to Matic, we'll see.

"At the moment, I only think about playing. That is what I love. The rest does not depend on me."
Benfica would be reluctant to see Argentinian international Gaitan depart so soon after losing Matic, but are also thought to be willing to do business for the right price.
However, the Portugese club are thought to want closer to £37m than the £21m the Blues paid for Matic.
Should Gaitan leave, it could mean something of an exodus at Benfica, with Matic already gone and both Ezequiel Garay and Rodrigo - hwo has been tipped to join Arsenal - also heavily linked with moves away in January.
