Wenger could be without Mesut Ozil, Olivier Giroud, Nicklas Bendtner, Aaron Ramsey and Kieran Gibbs for the derby against Spurs.
The Frenchman admitted he may need to delve into the January transfer market depending on the severity of Bendtner's injury.
But Wenger insists Arsenal will "give absolutely everything" to remain in the FA Cup, refuting suggestions from Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert that managers see the competition as a distraction.

"I don't believe that at all," said Wenger. "We have not won trophies for a long time, it is an opportunity that we want to take that we consider.
"On top of that we have afterwards nine days until the next Premier League game, we can give absolutely everything in this game.
"It is the beginning of January after a heavy schedule in the Premier League and you want to keep your focus and get into the competition with full power.
"We haven't drawn a small team, so we are warned that it will just be another top-level game and that is the advantage of having a big opponent - your team is focused naturally."
